THE BRIEF:

The RØDE Microphones End of Year Extravaganza was a cultural masterpiece, celebrating the vibrant energies of Asia and India. This event featured breathtaking performances, a diverse array of culinary delights, and an electrifying atmosphere that will be remembered for months to come. We take pride in honouring the rich traditions and dynamic arts of Asia and India, marking a perfect conclusion to the year.

OUR APPROACH:

Our Aim:We wanted to take guests on a journey through Asia, from the hawker hall inspired by Singapore and Vietnam to our beautiful lantern displays and photo opportunities throughout the venue, allowing guests to feel like they're in another world.

Design Inspiration: Developing distinct zones at the venue allowed us to transport guests into a variety of different worlds, each carefully curated within the same expansive space. This innovative approach enabled attendees to fully immerse themselves in unique experiences that were separate yet interconnected.

Surprise Elements: To engage guests our sister company Cirkus Bizurkus curated entertainment every 30 minutes, creating a lively atmosphere. Understanding RODE's diverse audience, we combined traditional and modern entertainment with Bollywood for broad appeal.

Immersive Engagements: Interactive play zones, photo ops, and 360-degree cameras were integrated, enabling guests to indulge and interact fully in the event.

Results:

RØDE verdict? "Best Christmas Party Ever." This resounding praise from the staff validates our success in surpassing expectations and creating an unparalleled EOY celebration.
